Welcome to VYNTRI by FANORA TECH, the enabling platform behind https://www.vyntri.store/, where offline businesses can seamlessly list and sell their products online. This Cancellation and Refund Policy has been designed to ensure a transparent, fair, and secure experience for all stakeholders—sellers, buyers, and service partners—who use our platform.
This document outlines the terms and conditions under which order cancellations and refunds are permitted, including the applicable procedures, timelines, and responsibilities of each party.
Definitions

FANORA: FANORA TECH Pvt. Ltd., the operator of https://www.vyntri.store/.

Seller: Any offline business entity that lists products for sale via the VYNTRI BY FANORA TECH marketplace.

Buyer: An individual or business purchasing products from sellers through the VYNTRI BY FANORA TECH platform.

Order: A confirmed purchase request made by a buyer via the platform.

Cancellation: The act of voiding an order before it is shipped or fulfilled.

Refund: The process of returning money to the buyer due to a valid return, non-delivery, or product/service issue.
1. Buyer-Initiated Cancellations

Buyers may cancel their orders within 12 hours of placement only if the order has not been marked as shipped by the seller.

To request a cancellation, buyers must contact VYNTRI BY FANORA TECH Support with the order ID and reason.

If the order is already shipped, buyers will need to follow the return request process (outlined below).
2. Seller-Initiated Cancellations

A seller may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, damaged, or unavailable.

Sellers must cancel the order via their seller dashboard and provide a reason.

FANORA will inform the buyer and initiate a full refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Return & Refund Policy for Buyers
Buyers are eligible to request a refund under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

The product is not delivered within the estimated timeline.

In case of digital services (if applicable), if the service is inaccessible or not provided.
Return Conditions:

Returns must be requested within 5 days of product delivery.

The product must be returned in its original condition, packaging, and with all tags and accessories.

Reverse pickup will be initiated by the seller or a FANORA-approved logistics partner (if applicable).

Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and quality-checked by the seller.
Refund Timelines:

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

The product is damaged by the buyer.

Return request is initiated after 5 days from delivery.

Digital services/products once consumed or downloaded (unless defective).

Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale” on the product page.
5. Subscription Services (for Sellers)
If WTPL provides sellers with subscription-based services (e.g., premium listing, advertising, dashboard tools):

Sellers may cancel their subscription anytime by writing to info@vyntri.store

No refunds are offered after the subscription begins.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Dispute Resolution
If any issue arises between the buyer and the seller:

If required, VYNTRI BY FANORA TECH may withhold payments to the seller until resolution is complete.

WTPL reserves the right to update this policy at any time to reflect changes in the law, platform operations, or user experience improvements. Users will be notified of major changes via email or a site-wide alert.
